Refund Policy for Belora Products


At Belora, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Refunds: Refunds are not offered for any purchases.
No Exchanges: Exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged during shipping or delivery.

Credit Notes for Damaged Items

A credit note will be issued for the value of the product if it is proven to be damaged during delivery.


Requirements to Claim:
An unedited opening video of the package.
Clear proof of damage (photos/videos).

Timeline:
Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
The damaged product must be returned to Belora House within 7 days of delivery.
Credit notes must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance.
Damages due to improper handling after delivery will not qualify for a credit note.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Product Notes


Clarifications Before Purchase:

Please ask and clarify any doubts prior to purchase. Product colors may vary due to screen resolution or lighting. We strive for accuracy in pictures and descriptions. All Sarees can be Dry-Cleaned only.

Unique Fabrics:

Tie-dye and certain embroidery fabrics are unique and may vary slightly between pieces as they are not mass-produced.
Satin silk fabrics are delicate and prone to pulls due to their fragile nature.
Net embroidered fabrics may have slight discrepancies inherent to the material.

Blouse Fabric Details:

Standard blouse fabrics are 1 yard only.. Additional fabric incurs extra charges.
Hand-embroidered blouses include embroidery on the front only unless otherwise requested for an additional cost.

Blouse Tailoring:

Remote tailoring may result in small fit variations (up to 1.5 inches).
Pre-sized (SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE) blouses may require tweaks for a perfect fit. Standard sizing allows for alterations.

Time Frames
Local Orders may take 3-4 working days and Overseas orders may take 3-8 weeks to complete and deliver depending on availability and craftsmanship.


Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors .We do not guarantee specific delivery dates but will dispatch orders at the earliest possible time.

Shipping and Delivery

We do not take responsibility for lost packages. If you require insurance, please request it.
The product's original price will be included on your package to facilitate compensation in case of loss by the logistics company.
Taxes: Any applicable taxes in the destination country must be paid by the customer.
Extra Delivery Charges: Any additional charges for rural or out-of-service area deliveries must be borne by the customer.
