Terms and Conditions for Your Belora Purchase

Thank you for choosing Belora for your designer saree needs. To ensure a smooth and delightful shopping experience, please review the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL GUIDELINES

Currency: All prices are listed in LKR.

Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final with no cancellations allowed.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Return and Exchange Policy: Exchanges or refunds are only possible if the product is damaged (excluding shipping-related damages). Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. In such cases, you can opt for an exchange or a credit note. The faulty product must be returned to us before we process the exchange.

Product Inquiries: We encourage you to ask questions and clarify any doubts before making a purchase. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting differences. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through images and descriptions.

Fabric Specifics: Silk: This delicate fabric is prone to pulls due to its fragile nature. Please handle with care.

Net Embroidery: Slight discrepancies may occur in net embroidered fabrics due to their unique nature.

Blouse Fabric: Each saree comes with 1 yard (0.91 meter) of blouse fabric. If additional fabric is needed, it can be purchased at an extra cost, depending on the fabric type.

Blouse Tailoring: Since blouse tailoring is done remotely, minor fit variations (up to 1.5 inches) are to be expected due to different body shapes.

Standard Sizing: Items in SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE sizes may require slight adjustments for a perfect fit. Provisions are made for such alterations.
